 We represent electrical workers on the Oregon Coast who come from a variety of backgrounds and represent a variety of communities and viewpoints.  We are united in our effort to collectively secure improved pay, benefits, and working conditions for our skilled members that, on a daily basis, perform the challenging, technical, and dangerous electrical work that we all depend on.

Our members enjoy a locally negotiated living wage, full-family health insurance on day one, participation in three (3) pension plans with an additional 401k option, flexible benefits plan, travel & subsistence pay, shift differentials, overtime & double time contract language, continuing education & training, and many other benefits.  Workplace protections include a grievance process, employment protections, leaves of absence, job referral/dispatch system, and union representation in the event of a workplace dispute.

Representation of members, dispute resolution, enforcement of contracts, and administration of benefit plans takes time and money - union dues are the fees assessed to members to continue its operation.  At five percent of gross, our members pay a modest fee to receive the professional-grade benefits and representation that they, and you, deserve as skilled tradespeople.
